Demo day at the R9 accelerator was the culmination of three months work talking to and interpreting our research with exporters and exporters’ painpoints. By understanding real problems exporters face we pitched an innovative platform utilising machine learning to drive self service and query resolution.
Exporters and brokers have multiple contact points in government to seek advice on an export problem depending on the consignment product, destination and business growth stage. The cost of getting the wrong advice or talking to the wrong person is high.
The OneX platform allows exporters to track their queries across government and get the right answer first time. In the future we believe our platform can be scaled to improve capability for other service contexts.
